Egg rice
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Boiled Basmati Rice-2 cup,
- Onion-1,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Garlic-4 java,
- Egg-2,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
- Salt,
- Oil-2 tsp,
- Pepper Powder-1 tsp
Method
- Take 2 tsp oil in the pan and heat it
- Add green chilli and garlic
- Add onion and cook for 1 min on medium flame
- Break egg in a bowl
- Add 1 tsp red chilli powder and salt and mix it
- Add egg solution, mix it and cook on medium flame
- Add boiled rice, salt and 1 tsp pepper powder and mix it
- Add coriander leaves
- It's ready. Enjoy
