Egg rice


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Boiled Basmati Rice-2 cup,
  • Onion-1,
  • Green Chilli-1,
  • Garlic-4 java,
  • Egg-2,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
  • Salt,
  • Oil-2 tsp,
  • Pepper Powder-1 tsp

Method

  • Take 2 tsp oil in the pan and heat it
  • Add green chilli and garlic
  • Add onion and cook for 1 min on medium flame
  • Break egg in a bowl
  • Add 1 tsp red chilli powder and salt and mix it
  • Add egg solution, mix it and cook on medium flame
  • Add boiled rice, salt and 1 tsp pepper powder and mix it
  • Add coriander leaves
  • It's ready. Enjoy
