Black Forest Cake
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Oreo Biscuits-1 pc,
- Cherry-10 to 15 pc,
- Milk-1/2 cup,
- Eno-1 tsp
Method
- Cut Biscuits from middle and separate cream and biscuit
- Put biscuits in the mixer jar and grind it
- After that take it out in a bowl
- Add milk little by little and make a batter
- Add 1 tsp ENO and mix it
- Now put stand it in a Pan, cover it and close the hole if any in cover.
- Heat for 5 mins on high flame
- Grease bowls with oil
- Put the batter into it
- Fill bowl upto 3/4th
- Place bowl in pan and cover it
- Bake for 25 to 30 mins on medium flame, Then turn off the flame and let it cool down.
- Now add 2 tbs milk to the cream which is separated from biscuits.
- Mix it
- Add 1 tbs milk powder and mix it
- Keep it in the freeze for half an hour
- Put some water in the bowl
- Now add 1/2 tbs sugar and mix it and make a syrup
- Now take out cake from bowl and cut in the middle.
- Apply sugar syrup over it
- Apply cream on top of it
- Put cherry on it
- cover it
- Apply cream on top of it
- Put grated chocolate
- Put cherry
- It's ready. Enjoy
