Panner samosa

 (Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

For Dough

  • Refined Flour(Maida)-1 1/2 cup
  • Salt,
  • Oil-2 tsp

For Stuffing Masala

    • Paneer -150 gm,
    • Onion -1,
    • Oil-1 tsp, Salt,
    • Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
    • Chat Masala-1 tsp,
    • Cumin Powder-1 tsp
    Method
    • Take flour in the bowl, add salt and oil and mix it.
    • Add water and mix it
    • Keep the dough soft and cover it and rest for 10 mins
    • Now take cooking oil in a pan and heat it
    • Add onion and cook on medium flame for 1 minute
    • Add cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt
    • Mix it and cook for 1 mins
    • Add paneer and mix it and on medium flame cook for 2 minutes
    • Now paneer stuff is ready, turn off the flame and keep it to cool down

    • Now we will make small balls of maida dough.
    • put some flour dust on it, roll it and cut into two halves.

    • Put water on the side and fold it
    • Fill cooked paneer stuff.
    • Put water on the side and fold it
    • Heat the oil in a pan.
    • Add samosa and fry on flame medium
    • Cook till it turns golden in color
    • Take it out in a plate and enjoy
