Panner samosa
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
For Dough
- Refined Flour(Maida)-1 1/2 cup
- Salt,
- Oil-2 tsp
- Paneer -150 gm,
- Onion -1,
- Oil-1 tsp, Salt,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
- Chat Masala-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp
- Take flour in the bowl, add salt and oil and mix it.
- Add water and mix it
- Keep the dough soft and cover it and rest for 10 mins
- Now take cooking oil in a pan and heat it
- Add onion and cook on medium flame for 1 minute
- Add cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt
- Mix it and cook for 1 mins
- Add paneer and mix it and on medium flame cook for 2 minutes
- Now paneer stuff is ready, turn off the flame and keep it to cool down
- Now we will make small balls of maida dough.
- put some flour dust on it, roll it and cut into two halves.
- Put water on the side and fold it
- Fill cooked paneer stuff.
- Put water on the side and fold it
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add samosa and fry on flame medium
- Cook till it turns golden in color
- Take it out in a plate and enjoy
