Paneer Kalimirch

 


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Paneer-250 gm,
  • Onion-4,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Bay Leaves-1,
  • Garlic-4 cloves,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Cardamom-2,
  • Salt,
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
  • Pepper Powder-1 tsp,
  • Curd-1/2 cup,
  • Cashew-10,
  • Butter-2 tsp,
  • Ghee-1 tsp

Method

  • Take onion, biryani leaves, green chilli, garlic, ginger and cardamom in the pan
  • Add 2 glass water and cashew
  • Cover it and cook for 20 to 25 minutes on medium flame
  • Turn off the flame
  • Stain it
  • Take it out in a plate and let it cool down
  • Don't use this left over water
  • Remove biryani leaf, green chilli, cardamom
  • Now put it in the mixer jar, add curd and grind it
  • Now take butter in the pan and heat it
  • Add paneer, salt and pepper and fry it and take it out.
  • Now put onion and cashew paste in the same pan.
  • Cover it and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame, 
  • Now add some water, add paneer
  • Mix it and add salt
  • Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • Turn off the flame
  • Take ghee in the pan and heat it
  • Add red chilli powder and turn off the flame
  • Mix it with paneer 
  • It's ready. Enjoy
