Orange Burfi
Ingredients;
- Orange-5 or Orange Juice-2 cup,
- Sugar-1 cup,
- Corn flour-1/2 cup,
- Cashew-12 to 15 chopped
- Almonds-12 to 15 chopped,
- Yellow Food Color-1 pinch,
- Ghee-1 spoon
Method
- Peel orange, remove seeds and take it in the mixer jar, grind it and stain it.
- Add sugar, corn flour and mix it
- Stir it and cook on medium flame
- Add 1 pinch yellow food color, mix it
- Add dry fruits and mix it
- Stir it and cook on medium flame
- Add ghee
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- once its is thick, turn off the flame
- Now put some oil in a plate and spread it
- pour stuff in the plate and spread it.
- Put some chopped dry fruit on it
- Keep it in the freeze for an hour
- Cut it into pieces.
- It's ready .enjoy
