Mushroom Masala


 



(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Mushroom-200 gm,
  • Green Peas (Frozen)-1/2 Cup,
  • Onion – 2,
  • Green Chilli – 2,
  • Tomato -2,
  • Oil – 4 tsp,
  • Curd - 1/2 cup,
  • Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1 tsp,
  • Ginger- Garlic Paste-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Seeds -1 tsp,
  • Red Chilli Powder-2 tsp,
  • Salt 

Method

  • Add salt in hot water to wash the mushroom
  • Now cut the mushroom into 4 pieces
  • Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan
  • Add green chilli and onion
  • Fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame
  • Add tomato and salt as per taste and mix well.
  • Turn off the flame and let it cool down for 10 minutes
  • Grind the mixi
  • Grind it into smooth paste
  •  Add some more oil and heat it
  • Add cumin seeds and fry it for few seconds
  • Add blended paste and mix it properly.
  • Cover the pan, cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • Add turmeric powder, Coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder and chilli powder
  • Mix it and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • Add mushroom and green peas and mix well
  • Add 1/2 glass water and salt as per taste
  • Mix it properly and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • Add gram masala powder and curd and mix it
  • Cover the pan, cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • Open the lid and stir it.
  • Take it out in a serving bowl
  • Serve hot and Enjoy
