Mushroom Masala
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Mushroom-200 gm,
- Green Peas (Frozen)-1/2 Cup,
- Onion – 2,
- Green Chilli – 2,
- Tomato -2,
- Oil – 4 tsp,
- Curd - 1/2 cup,
- Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1 tsp,
- Ginger- Garlic Paste-1 tsp,
- Cumin Seeds -1 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-2 tsp,
- Salt
Method
- Add salt in hot water to wash the mushroom
- Now cut the mushroom into 4 pieces
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan
- Add green chilli and onion
- Fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame
- Add tomato and salt as per taste and mix well.
- Turn off the flame and let it cool down for 10 minutes
- Grind the mixi
- Grind it into smooth paste
- Add some more oil and heat it
- Add cumin seeds and fry it for few seconds
- Add blended paste and mix it properly.
- Cover the pan, cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Add turmeric powder, Coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder and chilli powder
- Mix it and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Add mushroom and green peas and mix well
- Add 1/2 glass water and salt as per taste
- Mix it properly and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Add gram masala powder and curd and mix it
- Cover the pan, cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Open the lid and stir it.
- Take it out in a serving bowl
- Serve hot and Enjoy
