Cornflakes Poha



 (Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients;

  • Corn Flaskes-2 cup,
  • Onion-1/2 cup,
  • Green Capsicum-1/3 cup,
  • Red Capsicum-1/3 cup,
  • Green Chilli-1,
  • Carrot-1/3 cup,
  • Curry Leaves-10 pc,
  • Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup,
  • Lemon-1/2,
  • Sev Bhujai-1/2 cup,
  • Roasted Peanut-1/2 cup,
  • Cashew-1/2 cup,
  • Cooking Oil-2 spoon,
  • Turmeric Powder-1 tsp and
  • Salt

 

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add cashew and fry it
  • Add peanut and fry it
  • Take it out
  • Add green chilli and curry leaves to the oil
  • Add onion and mix it
  • Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • Add turmeric powder and mix it
  • Add green capsicum, red capsicum and carrot
  • Add salt and mix it
  • Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • Low the flame
  • Now take water in a bowl and wash cornflaes to 

  • Cornflakes are not to be kept in water for long
  • Stain it
  • Add cornflakes and mix it
  • Add lemon juice, salt and coriander leaves
  • Mix it
  • Add fry peanut and cashew
  • Add sev bhujai
  • It's ready .enjoy;
