Cornflakes Poha
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients;
- Corn Flaskes-2 cup,
- Onion-1/2 cup,
- Green Capsicum-1/3 cup,
- Red Capsicum-1/3 cup,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Carrot-1/3 cup,
- Curry Leaves-10 pc,
- Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup,
- Lemon-1/2,
- Sev Bhujai-1/2 cup,
- Roasted Peanut-1/2 cup,
- Cashew-1/2 cup,
- Cooking Oil-2 spoon,
- Turmeric Powder-1 tsp and
- Salt
Method
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add cashew and fry it
- Add peanut and fry it
- Take it out
- Add green chilli and curry leaves to the oil
- Add onion and mix it
- Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Add turmeric powder and mix it
- Add green capsicum, red capsicum and carrot
- Add salt and mix it
- Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Low the flame
- Now take water in a bowl and wash cornflaes to
- Cornflakes are not to be kept in water for long
- Stain it
- Add cornflakes and mix it
- Add lemon juice, salt and coriander leaves
- Mix it
- Add fry peanut and cashew
- Add sev bhujai
