Christmas Cake
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Dry Fruits(1 1/2 cup):
- Raisins, Black Raisins, Cashew, Dates, Almonds, Walnuts, Cherries, Tutti Frutti(Red and green),Dry Kiwi, Dry Papaya, Dry Strawberries
- Orange Juice-1 cup
- Maida-1 1/2 cup,
- Brown Sugar-3/4 cup,
- Milk Made-1/2 cup,
- Cocoa Powder-2 tsp,
- Butter-100 gm,
- Baking Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Baking Soda-1/4 tsp
Method
- Take all the dry fruits in the bowl
- Add orange juice and mix it and leave it for 3 hours
- Now take sugar in a mixer jar and make powder
- Take butter in bowl, add milkmaid and mix it
- Stain maida and add it
- Stain sugar powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, add it and mix well.
- Add soaked dry fruits and mix it
- Pre heat the cooker
- Put salt and stand in cooker.
- Remove gasket and whistle
- Close the lid and heat it for 10 mins
- Now put oil in the cake tin
- Put butter paper on it and from all side
- Put oil in the cake tin
- Pour cake batter
- Add some dry fruits on the top
- Tap it and put in hot cooker
- Cover with lid
- Bake for 55 minutes on medium flame then turn off the flame and let it cool down
- Take out cake tin.
- Remove butter paper
- Now It's ready. enjoy;
