Christmas Cake

 


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Dry Fruits(1 1/2 cup):
  • Raisins, Black Raisins, Cashew, Dates, Almonds, Walnuts, Cherries, Tutti Frutti(Red and green),Dry Kiwi, Dry Papaya, Dry Strawberries 
  • Orange Juice-1 cup
  • Maida-1 1/2 cup,
  • Brown Sugar-3/4 cup,
  • Milk Made-1/2 cup,
  • Cocoa Powder-2 tsp,
  • Butter-100 gm,
  • Baking Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Baking Soda-1/4 tsp

Method

  • Take all the dry fruits in the bowl
  • Add orange juice and mix it and leave it for 3 hours
  • Now take sugar in a mixer jar and make powder
  • Take butter in bowl, add milkmaid and mix it
  • Stain maida and add it
  • Stain sugar powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, add it and mix well. 
  • Add soaked dry fruits and mix it
  • Pre heat the cooker
  • Put salt and stand in cooker.
  • Remove gasket and whistle
  • Close the lid and heat it for 10 mins
  • Now put oil in the cake tin
  • Put butter paper on it and from all side
  • Put oil in the cake tin
  • Pour cake batter
  • Add some dry fruits on the top
  • Tap it and put in hot cooker
  • Cover with lid
  • Bake for 55 minutes on medium flame then turn off the flame and let it cool down
  • Take out cake tin. 
  • Remove butter paper
  • Now It's ready. enjoy;
