Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- Maida-1 cup,
- Cocoa Powder-1/2 cup,
- Milk-1/2 cup,
- Sugar Powder-2/3 cup,
- Ghee-1/2 cup,
- Walnut-2 tsp,
- Baking Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Baking soda-1/3 tsp,
- Vanilla Essence(extract)-1\2tsp,
- Chocolate Syrup-1 cup
Method
- Take ghee in a bowl
- Add sugar powder and mix it
- Stain maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda add and mix it.
- Add milk little by little and mix it
- Add walnut and mix it
- Now batter is ready.
- Pre heat the cooker
- Put salt and stand
- Remove gasket and whistle
- Close the lid and heat it for 10 mins
- Now put ghee in the cake tin
- Put butter on it
- Again apply ghee on it
- Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and mix it
- Pour cake batter and tap it
- Place it in hot cooker, cover the lid and bake for 45 mins on medium flame
- After 45 minutes, let it cool down then take out cake tin.
- Remove butter paper
- Pour chocolate syrup over it
- It's ready. Enjoy
