Chocolate Cake

 

Ingredients

  • Maida-1 cup,
  • Cocoa Powder-1/2 cup,
  • Milk-1/2 cup,
  • Sugar Powder-2/3 cup,
  • Ghee-1/2 cup,
  • Walnut-2 tsp,
  • Baking Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Baking soda-1/3 tsp,
  • Vanilla Essence(extract)-1\2tsp,
  • Chocolate Syrup-1 cup

Method

  • Take ghee in a bowl
  • Add sugar powder and mix it
  • Stain maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda add and mix it.
  • Add milk little by little and mix it
  • Add walnut and mix it
  • Now batter is ready.
  • Pre heat the cooker
  • Put salt and stand
  • Remove gasket and whistle
  • Close the lid and heat it for 10 mins
  • Now put ghee in the cake tin
  • Put butter on it
  • Again apply ghee on it
  • Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and mix it
  • Pour cake batter and tap it
  • Place it in hot cooker, cover the lid and bake for 45 mins on medium flame
  • After 45 minutes, let it cool down then take out cake tin. 
  • Remove butter paper
  • Pour chocolate syrup over it
  • It's ready. Enjoy
