Carrot Halwa

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients;

  • Carrot-750 gm,
  • Milk-1/2 l
  • Sugar-150 gm,
  • Ghee-100 gm,
  • Cashew-12 to 15,
  • Almonds-10 to 12

 Method

  • Put ghee in the pan and heat it
  • Add dry fruits
  • Fry it
  • Remove it
  • Now take carrot in the same Pan
  • Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
  • Add milk and mix it
  • Cook it for 2 minutes on high flame
  • Milk started boiling, now reduce the flame
  • Cook for 30 minutes on low flame
  • Add sugar and dry fruits
  • Mix it
  • Cook for 10 minutes on low flame
  • Add ghee and cook for 2 minutes
  • Turn off the flame
  • It's ready. enjoy;
