Carrot Halwa
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients;
- Carrot-750 gm,
- Milk-1/2 l
- Sugar-150 gm,
- Ghee-100 gm,
- Cashew-12 to 15,
- Almonds-10 to 12
Method
- Put ghee in the pan and heat it
- Add dry fruits
- Fry it
- Remove it
- Now take carrot in the same Pan
- Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
- Add milk and mix it
- Cook it for 2 minutes on high flame
- Milk started boiling, now reduce the flame
- Cook for 30 minutes on low flame
- Add sugar and dry fruits
- Mix it
- Cook for 10 minutes on low flame
- Add ghee and cook for 2 minutes
- Turn off the flame
- It's ready. enjoy;
