Paneer Tikka

 



(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients;

  • Paneer-20 pieces,
  • Curd-1/2 cup,
  • Roasted Gram Flour-2 spoons,
  • Onion-20 pieces,
  • Red Capcicum-10 pieces,
  • Yellow Capcicum-10 pieces,
  • Green Capcicum-10 pieces,
  • Garam Masala-1 tbsp,
  • Rock Salt-1 tbsp,
  • Pepper Powder-1 tbsp,
  • Lemon Juice-1 tbsp,
  • Fry Cumin Powder-1 tbsp,
  • Chaat Masala-1 tbsp,
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tbsp,
  • Fenugreek Leaves-1 tbsp,
  • Butter-1 tbsp,
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli-2 tbsp,
  • Mustard Oil-2 tbsp,
  • Salt

Method


  • Take a mixing bowl and put curd, Pepper powder, lemon juice, fry cumin seeds, chat masala ,black salt, garam masala powder, fenugreek leaves , Kashmiri red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil (Hot), roasted gram flour and salt and mix it
  • Add red food color. This is optional, you can skip it if you want.
  • Mix it properly. 
  • Add paneer and mix it
  • Add onion and all capsicum  and mix it
  • Keep it like this for 15 minutes
  • Take on stick, first put onion, then red capsicum, green capsicum ,yellow capsicum, paneer, onion and capsicum
  • Now heat up the frying pan and put a little butter in it and the flame medium. 
  • Now put stuff on tawa and roast it from all sides by turning around
  • When it is well roasted from all around
  • Take it out in a plate
  • On top of that we will put a little bit of chaat masala
  • enjoy
