Banana Flower Pakoda
(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Banana Flower-1 pc
- Gram Flour-1 cup,
- Rice Flour-1 spoon,
- Salt,
- Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tbsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tbsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1 tbsp
- Take Banana flower in a bowl
- Add gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt
- Add some water and mix it
- To fry the pakoda , heat oil in the pan
- To make the pakoda crispy, add 2 spoons of hot oil in it and mix it
- Now fry padoda on medium flame till it turns golden colour.
- Then take it out
- Similarly fry the rest of the pakoda
- Take out in a plate and enjoy.
