Banana Flower Pakoda

 

(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Banana Flower-1 pc
  • Gram Flour-1 cup,
  • Rice Flour-1 spoon,
  • Salt,
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tbsp,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tbsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1 tbsp

 Method

  • Take Banana flower in a bowl
  • Add gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt 
  • Add some water and mix it
  • To fry the pakoda , heat oil in the pan
  • To make the pakoda crispy, add 2 spoons of hot oil in it and mix it
  • Now fry padoda on medium flame till it turns golden colour.
  • Then take it out
  • Similarly fry the rest of the pakoda
  • Take out in a plate and enjoy.
