Motichoor Ladoo

 

Ingredients;


  • Gram Flour (Besan)-1 cup
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Dry Fruits-1/2 cup
  • CardamomPowder-1 tbsp
  • Yellow Food Color-1 tbsp

 

Method


  • Put gram flour in the mixing bowl
  • Add some food color and water and make a thin solution and keep it for 10 minutes. 
  • Solution has to be so thin here that there should not be any lump in it
  • To make bundi, we will use small holed frying spoon
  • Now heat ghee in the pan.
  • Keep flame at medium
  • Put the batter in the frying pan with the help of frying spoon.
  • Fry till it turns golden colour. Then take it out in a plate. 
  • Now put sugar in the pan and add water, cook it till the sugar melts.
  • Sugar will be dissolved in water and bubbles will begin to form. Make it somewaht thicker. 
  • Add cardamom powder, dry fruits and food color and mix it well
  • Now put bundi in it on low flame and mix it
  • Cook on the low flame for 2 to 3 mins
  • Turn off the flame
  • Bundi will be soaked in the syrup
  • If size of bundi is big, then do grind it once by putting it in a jar of mixie
  • After that make ladoos from it once it cools down and enjoy.
