Egg Fried Rice

 

Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice-1 glass,
  • Red Capcicum-1/2 cup,
  • Yellow Capcicum-1/2 cup,
  • Green Capcicum-1/2 cup,
  • Carrot-1/2 cup,
  • Beans-1/2 cup,
  • Cabbage-1/2 cup,
  • Spring Onion-1/3 cup,
  • Bay Leaves-1,
  • Cloves-2,
  • Cardamom-2,
  • Cinnamom-2,
  • Star Flower-1,
  • Pepper-1 tbsp,
  • Salt,
  • Vinegar-1 tbsp,
  • Soya Sauce-2 tbsp,
  • oil-3 tbsp

 Method

  • We will first make rice for which we will heat the water in the vessel
  • When water is hot, add bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, star flower, 1 spoon oil and salt
  • Add rice
  • When rice is ready, take all the water out by putting it in strainer
  • Now put 2 spoons of oil in the pan and heat it
  • Add cabbage, beans and carrot
  • Mix it and cook for 1 minutes on medium flame
  • Add capsicum green, yellow, red and mix it
  • Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • Add vinegar, soya sauce, pepper powder and salt
  • Mix it and cook for 1 minutes on medium flame
  • Add rice and mix it
  • Put some water over it
  • Cook for 1 minutes on high flame. 
  • Turn of the flame
  • Now we will make egg's churmur for which taken 3 eggs and and break in the bowl
  • Add salt and 1/2 spoon red chilli powder and mix it
  • Put 1 spoons of oil in the pan and heat it
  • Add egg solution and fry.
  • Now add rice and cook for 1 minutes on medium flame
  • Turn of the flame and add spring onion
  • Now your tasty egg fried Rice is ready, enjoy
