Dahi Bhindi

 

(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  •  Lady Finger(bhindi)-200 gm,
  • Curd-1 cup,
  •  Green Chilli-2,
  • Garlic-5 cloves,
  •  Mustard Seeds-2 tbsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1 tbsp,
  •  Salt,
  • Cooking Oil-2 spoon

 Method

  • Take 200 gm bhindi
  • Cut it into two pieces
  • Take oil in a pan and heat it
  • Put bhindi in the hot oil
  • And cook it on high flame for 2 mins
  • Add salt and turmeric powder and mix it
  • Cook the bhindi till it turns golden in color
  • Now take mustard seeds, green chilli, garlic and a little water to the mixer jar and make a paste
  • Now add paste and turmeric powder in the fried bhindi and mix it
  • Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • Add water and turn off the flame
  • Add curd and mix it
  • Turn on the flame
  • Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • Add salt and mix it
  • Turn off the flame
  • Now you Dahi bhindi is ready, enjoy with rice.
