Corn Pakoda
(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Frozen Sweet Corn-1 cup,
- Green Capcicum-1/4 cup,
- Yellow Capcicum-1/4 cup,
- Spring Onion-1/4 cup,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Lemon-1/2
- Maida-2 tbsp,
- Corn Flour-2 tbsp,
- Salt, Chaat Masala-1 tbsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tbsp,
- Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tbsp,
- Cooking Oil
Method
- Take sweet corn in the mixing bowl
- Add maida, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt add some water and mix it.
- Now heat oil in the pan
- Now make put small quantity of paste in pan and fry it.
- And turn the flame medium
- Turn it and cook till it becomes golden brown and crispy, then take it out.
- Fry the rest of the corn pakoras
- Now take 1 spoon of oil in the pan and heat it
- Add spring onion, yellow capsicum, red capsicum and green chilli
- Mix it and cook for 1 minute on medium flame
- Add corn pakoras and mix it
- Add chaat masala, red chilli powder, lemon juice and mix it
- Add spring onion and turn off the flame
- Now your corn pakoda is ready. take out in a plat and enjoy.
