Corn Pakoda

 


(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Frozen Sweet Corn-1 cup,
  • Green Capcicum-1/4 cup,
  • Yellow Capcicum-1/4 cup,
  • Spring Onion-1/4 cup,
  • Green Chilli-1,
  • Lemon-1/2
  • Maida-2 tbsp,
  • Corn Flour-2 tbsp,
  • Salt, Chaat Masala-1 tbsp,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tbsp,
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tbsp,
  • Cooking Oil

Method

  • Take sweet corn in the mixing bowl
  • Add maida, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt add some water and mix it.
  • Now heat oil in the pan
  • Now make put small quantity of paste in pan and fry it. 
  • And turn the flame medium
  • Turn it and cook till it becomes golden brown and crispy, then take it out.
  • Fry the rest of the corn pakoras
  • Now take 1 spoon of oil in the pan and heat it
  • Add spring onion, yellow capsicum, red capsicum and green chilli
  • Mix it and cook for 1 minute on medium flame
  • Add corn pakoras and mix it
  • Add chaat masala, red chilli powder, lemon juice and mix it
  • Add spring onion and turn off the flame
  • Now your corn pakoda is ready. take out in a plat and enjoy.
