Chinese Bhel
(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Boiled Noodles-1 cup,
- Spring Onion-1/4 cup,
- Carrot-1/4 cup,
- Green Capcicum-1/4 cup,
- Yellow Capcicum-1/4 cup,
- Red Capcicum-1/4 cup,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Salt
- Pepper Powder-1/2 tbsp,
- Chaat Masala-1/2 tbsp,
- Vinegar-1/2 tbsp,
- Soya Sauce-1/2 tbsp,
- Green Chilli Sauce-1 tbsp,
- Tomato Ketchup-1 tbsp,
- cooking oil
Method
- Take oil in a fry pan, heat it and fry the boiled noodles on high flame.
- Turn it and cook till it becomes golden brown
- Take it out in a plate
- Similarly fry rest of the noodles
- Now take 1 spoon of oil in the pan and heat it.
- Add green chilli, carrot, green capsicum, yellow capsicum and red capsicum and mix it
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame
- Add salt, 1/2 tbsp pepper powder and 1/2 tbsp chaat masala and mix it.
- Now turn the flame low
- Add 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tbsp soya sauce,1 tbsp chilli sauce and 1tbsp tomato sauce
- Mix it and cook for 1 minutes on medium flame
- Add spring onion and mix it
- Turn off the flame and let it cool down for 1 to 2 minutes
- Break and put the noodles in it and mix it
- Now its ready, Enjoy
